Quality Control
To ensure that we keep our promise to you we will complete regular quality control checks. We have a fulltime Quality Control Coordinator who ensures a consistently high standard is maintained.
Communication
We provide every commercial client with a communication register enabling the client and cleaners to record messages for each other. You can also contact our friendly office team. Because cleaners usually work at night there can sometimes be communication problems, our system ensures there are always smooth lines of communications and any issues are solved immediately.
Security
The security of your premises is always at the forefront of our minds and we train our team accordingly. All of our team are security checked by the Ministry of Justice and are required to wear professional uniforms and display photo identification cards at all times. All keys that we hold at our office must be signed in and out and are under camera surveillance.
