We are a local privately owned company and have been operating since August 2000. We have approximately 35 cleaning staff and a local, supportive management team.

When we close the door to a property we endeavor to leave it in a beautifully presented manner. Our cleaning team, take pride in their work and this is obvious when our clients see their properties.

To ensure that we keep our promise to you we will complete regular quality control checks. We have a fulltime Quality Control Coordinator who ensures a consistent and high standard is maintained. Reports are available upon request.

Communication can be difficult because sometimes our cleaners work at night when businesses are closed. We have found it beneficial to provide each client with a communication register enabling the client and cleaners to record messages for each other. You can also contact our friendly office team.

 

The security of your premises is always at the forefront of our minds and we train our staff accordingly. All of our staff are security checked by the police and are required to wear professional uniforms and display photo identification cards at all times. All keys that we hold at our office must be signed in and out and are under camera surveillance.
